TxSu going to an HBCU

Going to an HBCU has its up's and downs,I mean attending Texas Southern University I've found myself.... kinda. I know that I'm not apart of the "in crowd", I also know that being apart of the "in crowd" isn't always all people make it out to be. I HAVE NEVER wanted to be popular, I feel like it's more work to stay popular than to become it. I don't need nobody in my business ooh wee please spare me the dumbass drama. Now let me just share what I observe on the day to day basis atTxSU. Niggas comaparing "swag" and females doing the same all the while trying not to trip over those raised bricks in the tiger walk because they decided it was cute to wear six inch heels to school. God forbid the females look anything less than drag queenish so that the same males (who are still comparing swag to one another btw) can find them attractive and hopefully ask for their number. I sit back and watch this foolery everyday and then I attend class on time and alone because everyone else wants to continue standing in front of the student center all day (still comparing swags)  instead of getting an education and trying to graduate. Then these dumbasses have the nerve to go stand in the financial aid office all day to ensure that their refund is coming. SMFH but these are my people and like everyone else we have issues and I do not mind one bit changing the way HBCU's are viewed one student, professor, or admin employee at a time. And please dont think because I do not speak in a lady like manner or even a very well educated manner that I haven't a clue as to what I am talking about this is my blog i can say what the fuck I want to
